一、教学目标与要求

1.能够理解并会朗读let’s read部分的短文,并回答课后问题。

2.难点是理解条件状语从句和时间状语从句,并简单回答。

四、教学过程

1、warm-up

(1)播放let’s chant,师生一齐吟唱。

(2)教师出示let’s learn的教学挂图,随意指向图中的一个人物,要求学生根据人物特征快速配音,如“i have a cold”。

2、presentation and practice

(1)“辨别真假”活动。

学生分成两大组,一组说“i have a headache.”同时做头疼或其他动作和表情,另一组来判断,动作和句子意思一致,说:yes.不一致说:no.

(2)教师接着说新句子:i have the flu.同时做打喷嚏,咳嗽,提示学生flu的意思。并问学生:how do you feel if you have the flu?让学生回答各种症状,如:i have a headache. i have a sore throat.教师说:if you have the flu, you should go and see the doctor or take some medicine.教授新单词medicine和短语take some medicine。

(3)指导学生阅读短文,用简单明了的'图片理出文章的线索,分化篇章难点,帮助学生理解文章大意.引导学生边思考边阅读文章。

(6)活动名称:哑剧表演

活动目的:巩固新词组,并导入句型“what’s the matter…? / do you have a ….”

活动准备:准备一些写有词组的小纸片。

活动过程:把词组写入小纸片,抽到纸片的同学表演动作,其他同学运用“what’s the matter…? do you have a ….”提问,要求表演的同学运用“i feel sick. / i have a…”来回答。

(7)看病开处方。

一名学生扮演医生,另一名学生扮演病人,医生边询问病情边给病人开处方,增强学生的口头语言表达能力.

(3)、出示健美教练的照片进而新授单词stronger。(板书stronger)

(4)、教师出示这几个单词卡,让学生比较它们的不同,词卡上又不颜色的笔书写比较级的变化。

(5)、放录音跟读单词。

(6)、学生和自己的同伴自己练习,根据他们的实际情况,并让特征明显的同学上台表演。看谁做的又快又好。

教材分析

本课是外研版小学英语六年级上册第七模块第一单元的内容,主要学习单词believe, lucky, bamboo, cd-rom, copy, fantastic,学习并运用询问他人喜好并表达个人喜好的句子。本单元是本模块的重点内容,掌握了本单元所学内容,可以为本模块第二单元的学习打下基础。同时询问以及表达人物喜好的句型与生活联系密切,学习掌握后可以真正地运用到实际生活中。

学情分析

六年级学生已经有三年多的英语学习经历,他们既掌握了一定的词汇量,与此同时,他们还对保持着小学生对新鲜事物的兴趣与好奇心的心理。

由于在村小,六年级学生在用英语进行口语表达以及小组合作对话方面的经历会比较少,这类练习对他们来说会相对难一点。所以在教学过程中,我会重点培养学生的说话能力,在句型操练部分我会多给时间学生去练习和掌握。

教学过程:

1.热身( warm up)

一中外不同家庭全家福为背景,播放中文歌曲《让爱住我家》开头曲,让学生静静闭上眼睛感受家的氛围。

再此过程中有老师进行话语引导“同学们,家是温馨的港湾,每个人都有一个家,歌曲中唱到,我爱我的家弟弟爸爸妈妈,那么同学们知道这几个词语用英语怎样表达吗?”

2.单词学习(word learning)

第一步,先由大屏幕学习本科单词,有老师详细解释;

第二步,反复领读与自我练习;

第三,拼写阶段,四线格练习;

第四,memory game的游戏。

[设计意图]该部分有两处亮点,一是,依然重视四线格的书写,为我的学生打下一个良好的英语基础。

3.单词游戏(memory game)

[设计意图]既增添课堂气氛又争取让我的学生限度的当堂掌握新学的单词。记不过不要紧,目的不是必须当堂掌握,而是限度的提升课堂效率,并限度的挖掘学生潜能。

最后谁答对了还会有奖励,即道具“卡片鱼”,这样道具也不会被浪费。

4.课文学习(text learning)

以问题导入“我们知道ammy的家庭有六位成员,可ammy却说有七位,这是为什么呢?”接下来利用视频学习课文并找出答案。

[设计意图]让学生带着问题学课文找答案,增强目的性。本环节有两处特色,第一是,所选视频是实景实人视频而不是动画,增强真实感,限度的再现英语环境。第二是,由老师进一步解释ammy为什么把狗也看作是家庭成员,以此培养跨文化意识。

5.语法学习(grammer learning)

此环节学习方式:小组竞赛。以座位分成四个参赛小组,按每个同学的课堂表现为本组加星,课末评出winner。本节课所教授的句子是“how many people are there in your family?”

[设计意图]学习方式的宣布让学生对本节课充满了兴趣,激起了他们的斗志和为本组争星的表现欲。提高他们的表达能力,反复练习语法知识,学以致用。

6.知识拓展(extra tips)

由老师补充搜集课本上没有的知识,如,本课中其实爸爸妈妈在英语国家还有其他的口语化叫法mammy dady等。

[设计意图]一是,让学生开眼界。二是,为我下一步的作业布置铺路子。

7.课后作业(homework today)

(1) “说出你的爱”:回家后用英语称呼你的家人,如“mom,i love you!"

(2) “我学我用”:准备下节课带自己的全家福一张,向你的同学介绍你的家庭成员。

[设计意图]巩固所学,将课内的学习延伸到生活。

8.结束(the ending)

最后以i love my family歌舞表演结束本课。

[设计意图]第一,号召同学们stand up and move your body!让同学们站起来一起唱一起跳。因为这首歌曲是精心挑选的,并且会配以动作教学。第二,从另一个侧面向孩子们昭示,只要课堂上认真听课,四十五分钟过后必定会有轻松的一刻。第三,使本节课在一个轻松愉快的氛围中结束,让每个人被这首歌所感染,心中充满浓浓的爱意,体会到英语的魅力,使思想境界得到升华。
