本学期自开学以来，我在课堂内外都尽量用简单的英语来组织教学和与学生交流。无论是上课时师生相互打招呼问候、道别，或者教师发指令让学生做动作等，我都尽量采用英语来进行。即使是课后我也尽量让学生用英语简单交流，如进入教室或办公室时，如果我在就一定要用英语：may i come in?
到目前为止，已有多数学生已经接受简单语句的说法，并逐步学会了其说法。这样做有助于创造英语气氛，学生的学习积极性会更高，可以帮助学生通过英语直接理解教学内容的意思，养成用英语思维的习惯。当然必要时也可适当的利用母语。例如用英语难以理解的，较抽象的词句就可以用英语解释，以节省教学时间。对于特殊的英语表达方式，也可作英语与母语对比，以加深理解，便于记忆。例如good morning/afternoon/evening等的汉译是“早上/下午/晚上好!”但是英语里必需是good 在前的顺序。 二、关注教学过程
?英语课程标准解读》指出：“小学阶段英语教学的重点要放在听、说、读、写的训练上，要放在引导学生养成良好的读音，正确地听、说、读、写习惯和运用英语的习惯上，要放在养成良好的接受英语和学习的习惯上，要放在养成良好接受英语和学习英语的方法上，”针对课程标准提出的要求，我在教授单词时，采用了一下的一些办法：
1.让学生仔细听单词的读音。放录音给他们听，使学生从听觉上正确地感受某个单词的读音。
2.让学生看所学单词所代表的事物之形状。因为小学英语中，大部分单词是表示具体的事物，抽象的甚少。这样就可以通过实物、卡片或了了几笔的 简笔画，把要学的单词展示在学生面前，使学生有一种直观感受。如学习用品、交通工具、动物等单词，可以用实物或玩具进行直观教学。象sun,moon,star等单词，我就用简笔画帮助教学，既生动，又形象。
3.让学生拼读单词。我把所学单词书写在黑板上或卡片上，让学生拼读， 掌握单词是由哪些字母组合而 成的。
4.让学生想其读音和构成。通过以上三个步骤的训练，所学单词的读音和构成已基本上在学生大脑中形成。这时要求学生想一想所学单词读音和字母组合，主要是加深印象，让学生记牢。
5.让学生说出和写出单词， 目的是检验学生的掌握情况。我可拿出实物或卡片，要求学生正确拼读出来，并能在三线本上写出 来。如教师拿出苹果，学生观其形，就拼写出a-p-p-l-e。
当然，我在真正的教学过程中不会单独教授单词，我会把单词贯穿到句子中。并把句子放在一定的语境中来进行教学。这样可做到词不离句，句不离篇。对于小学生来说，他们的注意力很难长时间的集中。而且单调的教学也容易让学生产生疲劳感，会使学生感到厌烦，课堂教学气氛沉闷，不利于提高学生学习的积极性。这就需要借助于游戏，把游戏贯穿于教学中，寓教于乐。学习英语一个重要的目的是运用英语进行交际，两人之间的交际是活动的重要形式，因此，语言训练中应经常开展两人活动。两人之间的对话活动是最常见的两人活动。可以要求学生就某一话题、某一张图片、某一个人等进行一问一答形式的对话，也可要求学生开展一个发指令，另一个做的活动，还可以开展两人之间的讨论、辩论、商量等活动。在五年级，我可以开展笔头训练的两人一组的活动，如以有趣的两人游戏形式开展听写、相互改错、连词成句、句型转换等。两人活动很容易在课桌上开展，不需要学生离开课堂，有时为了活跃课堂气氛，或者提供更多与不同人进行训练的机会，可以让前排的学生转身和后排的学生进行两人活动。 三、重视评价，有效运用评价
评价可以使学生认识自我，树立自信，有助于反思及调整自己的学习过程，评价或采用测验及非测验形式，平时重视形成性评价，对学生回答学习过程中的表现所改进的诚绩，及反映的情感、态度、策略某方面进行及时的评价，如有口头评价、等级评价、学生之间互相评价等方法，充分发觉学生的进步，鼓励学生自我反思，自我提高，测验以学生综合运用能力为目标，侧重于学生理解和获取信息，能力减少客观题，增加主观题，通过评价学生学会分析自己的成绩和不足，明确努力方向。
当学生回答问题时，我常常进行正面的评价，这是帮助初学者掌握英语学习的良好方法。我在课堂上大胆使用鼓励，可以鼓励全班，也可鼓励某一小组或某一学生。学生在开展个人活动、小组活动时，可以到学生中间去，鼓励和帮助某一个学生、某两个学生、或某一组学生，这种做法是比较好的。 对学生的书面作业，我也经常给予正面的评价，不仅可以写上“good ! very good!”等，还可以贴上一张表示鼓励的小粘贴画。对于学生书面作业中的错误给予纠正，让学生感到我在意他们的书面作业。

本学期，我担任五年级英语教学工作。五年级小学生活波、好动、喜欢表现自我，喜欢跟老师亲近，所以课堂比较活跃，氛围较好。由于五年级教学内容较浅，所以组织活动教学的机会多，这样很大一部分学生也表现出对英语有较大的兴趣，学习积极，对老师布置的各项任务都能较好的完成。为今后能更好地完成教学任务，特对本学期工作做如下小结：
一、制订切实可行的教学计划，严格按计划进行教学。
首先要做好充分的准备，备好教材，备好学生。教学中，备课不充分会严重影响课堂的气氛及学生的积极性;相反，一堂准备充分的课，会令学生和老师获益不浅。平时，我紧抓教学中的各项重要环节，备课时掌握每一节课的教学内容及重点、难点，同时还要能根据学生的实际情况，采用不同的教学方法。这样下来，课堂顺畅了，也有活力了，学生也学得容易，学得有劲。
二、把握课堂40分钟，向课堂要效率。
在课堂上，我尽量活跃课堂气氛，激励学生思考问题，回答问题，适当的穿插一些游戏，让他们主动参与，注重对
学生口语的培养。为了更好地检查学生掌握知识的情况或让他们进一步巩固知识，布置适量的作业、练习，并且对试卷、作业等认真批改并加以讲评，做好总结，以便及时做到查、漏、补、缺。特别是五年级，尽量做到精讲多练，让学生做到听、说、读、写并举，眼、耳、口、鼻、脑并用，最大限度地给学生创造良好的学习氛围。
三、延伸课后，补充课堂不足。
课后，及时培养学生良好的学习习惯。课前多预习，课堂上要求学生注意力集中，真正听懂老师所讲的内容。课后认真完成配套练习，不懂的地方，多向老师或成绩好的学生请教。
四、及时虚心地向其他老师学习。
在教学上，有疑必问。同时，多听其他老师的课。通过互相听课，从中学到了很多。学习别人的优点、长处，并发现缺点和不足，互相学习、促进、提高。
经过本学期师生的共同努力，教学成绩在稳步提高。希望在未来的日子里，能在各位领导、老师、前辈的指导下，取得更好成绩。

一、指导思想
本学期我继续担任小学六年级的教学工作，本学期六年级是毕业班级，要紧紧围绕着本校的教学工作计划，结合本学期工作要点，全面落实认真贯彻落实教师的“备、教、批、辅、考”。全面提高教育教学质量，突出工作创新，开展切合实际的教学活动，提高课堂教学水平，促进自身发展，提升学生的综合素质，在本学期的小升初考试中，创出优异的成绩，因此特制定本学期的教学工作计划。
二、主要工作任务
1、认真学习“新课程理念”，了解新的教育教学资源查阅相关教学活动信息，上网多查阅以往小升初知识题型，因材施教，学习有效教学的理论知识和我所教的英语学科课程标准，写好自学笔记，并有一定的质量，在本学期认真上交高质量的教学论文、案例或教学反思。
2、端正态度、提高认识，了解新课程理念，以适应新课程理念下教学工作的需要，虚心向他人学习，取长补短，相互促进共同提高。在本学期按学校要求听课18节以上，内容真实，并有一定质量的评语。积极参加本学期学校组织的各项培训，并写好记录，做好自学笔记，按时完成。
3、认真理解掌握“备、教、批、辅、考”的基本要求。
三、英语教学工作
在本学期我担任六年级的英语教学。压力很大，面对小升初考试
的六年级英语，面向全体学生，以学生的发展为宗旨，始终把激发学生的学习兴趣放在首位，注意分层教学，引导学生端正学习态度，掌握良好的学习方法，培养学生良好的学习习惯。本学期的英语教学，我从以下几个方面做起：
(一)教学目的任务
1、能按四会、三会的要求掌握所学单词。2、能按四会要求掌握所学句型。3、能使用日常交际用语，活用四会句型，进行简单的交流，做到大胆开口，发音正确。4、能在图片、手势、情境等非语言提示的帮助下
