大家好!
世界在变化，社会在进步，越来越多的高科技产品在入侵我们的生活。曾经闲来无事的时候，我坐在父母旁，听着父母回忆他们的童年，他们说那时的年代尤为纯朴，他们会四处玩闹，会与他们的父母开心谈心事。但现在我们这一代已成为了“低头族”，被手机害了。
一周的周末，我一如既往的在房间里，习惯地拿起自己的手机不停的刷屏，口中时不时蹦出些词，完全沉浸在手机的世界中，在五寸屏幕里的世界遨游，旁若无人，就在这时，房门响了起来，我漫不经心的叫了一声：“谁?”
外面传来了妈妈的声音：“女儿，该出来吃饭了。”我随口应了一声，完全没有理会，连头都没抬，继续不停地刷屏。时间不知不觉的从我身边溜走，什么也没留下给我，我也不知道过了多长时间，我只知道自己打游戏打到高潮时，妈妈破门而入，门声令我一下子惊了。然后，她不理我的惊讶，就飞快的走到我面前，在我没反应过来的时候夺过我手机，“啪”的一声惊醒了我，我回过神来，见到地上那已被妈妈瞬间摔碎了的手机。
我飞快的捡起来，装回，或许是摔破了什么零件，我无论怎样也开不了机。望着碎裂的屏幕，一时之间，心中的怒火莫名的升起，也不管什么了，冲着对面的妈妈怒吼起来。妈妈也回了我的话，一句比一句大声。妈妈说她本来不想管我的，可见我玩手机玩到饭菜都凉了好久都没见出来吃;又想到了我自从有了手机后完全沉醉其中，导致我成绩和视力都有所下降，有时连她的话都无视了……妈妈和我争吵中把话吼清楚了。我却什么都不听就把妈妈吼出了房间，母女俩一整天都没有讲话。
晚上，我仍气呼呼的来到饭桌。爸爸见我这样，对我说：“端正你的态度，跟你妈妈好好说话，否则滚回你房间去，饭也不用吃了。”
我一听，也不管心中有多怕爸爸发怒了，回道：“我不，妈妈摔碎了我手机!”
“看看你现在像什么样?你妈妈摔碎你手机还不是为了你好?你过分的沉迷手机，却忘了你是学生，忘了你是儿女，忘了什么是你该做的事情，回你房间去，好好反思下再出来!”爸爸低沉的教导却穿透我的心田。
最后，我回了房间，没有手机的我坐在窗边，望着外面灯光明亮，行人在街道上行走，热闹常见，我这才发现，手机的确浪费了我不少时间和精力，也忘了自己做为女儿的本分。

however, every coin has two sides. mobiles also have some bad effects on us, especially on school students. the radiation may do harm to our health. some students are addicted to on-line chatting or games, which is not only bad for their studies and their eyes but also causes more phone rates. students use them to chat online and bend their backs, stare at the floor regardless of the teachers’ teaching during classes which seems to be inconsiderate about everything happening around.
some students even use mobile phones to cheat in the exam, it’s indeed a pity of the information age.
i have a lot of pals to chat with, i have many ebooks to read, i need it to kill my sleepless midnight……they answered so when asked “why do you need a cell phone?”

大家好!今天，我要引用报纸上的一则新闻告诉大家：全世界因手机已经超过香烟了!听到这个消息，你是否会大吃一惊?最近，英国癌症研究专家发出了迄今为止最严重的手机警告：因使用手机致死的人数已经超过吸烟受害者!
20__年，美国出现了第一起因为手机引发脑瘤的诉讼案。甚至有人建议“没有得出最后结论前，应停止使用手机”。此案也就此引发了社会对手机导致癌症的广泛关注。手机虽然方便家长与学生的联系，但却严重地影响了学校的管理和学生的学习。
一、影响身体健康，降低记忆力
研究证明，青少年的耳朵和颅骨比较幼嫩，手机辐射会对青少年的脑部神经造成不可逆伤
害，配有手机的学生的理解力、反应力、记忆力将会明显下降。同时，手机还会使听觉受损，睡眠质量下降，免疫功能失调。另外它还是致癌因子，能诱发白血病和肿瘤。

相当多的学生使用手机不是为了和父母加强联系，向父母报告学习成绩，而是为了交朋友。24小时男女同学之间短信发个不停，聊个不尽，学习成绩一落千丈后，他们除了变着法儿向父母要钱之外，其实是很少给父母打电话的。每当就寝熄灯后，有的学生就借着迷人的夜色和淡淡的月光用手机和和所谓的知心朋友肆无忌惮地说悄悄话，或用手机qq发肉麻短信，有的寝室甚至用手机集体上网到凌晨，导致寝室的同学都无法入睡。一些想读书的学生对此深恶痛绝，苦不堪言。
四、干扰教学秩序，蔑视教师劳动
我们的学生自制能力是不强的，很难经得起手机的诱惑，一些学生在课堂上经常用手机打游戏、发短信、听音乐、看小说，大大地降低了老师的教学效果，也让自己对讲课内容一无所知。有的班上几乎每节课都有手机铃声响起，这严重地扰乱了课堂秩序，是对老师的辛勤劳动的蔑视和无礼。另外，还有一些学生在课堂上不敢玩手机，可是他们的把所有的课余时间都专注在手机上了，除了吃饭，几乎是手不离机。
五、严重败坏考风，彻底击跨学风
学生有了手机后，很容易受到社会上各种不良信息的浸染。读书无用论、及时行乐、互相攀比、爱慕虚荣、拳脚英雄主义、早恋等观念会影响我们的学生，一些学生大部分时间和精力都花在玩手机上，一到考试就一筹莫展，除高考之外，大大小小的考试基本上都靠手机作弊，蒙混过关。手机作弊是愈演愈烈，我们平时的月考、期中期末考试、学业水平测试在某些同学的眼里简直是形同虚设，其水平的真实性也很让人怀疑。这必将使我们的素质教育出现大面积大幅度地滑坡。
六、事端容易滋生，事故防不胜防
在很多学生看来，手机简直代表了他们的身份和地位，似乎能让男生更加潇洒多情，能让女生更加有吸引力。由于手机属贵重物品是学生的心爱之物，势必要花费掉许多精力和时间来保管，但还是很容易被偷走，校园丢失手机的现象时有发生，造成了不少的损失和麻烦。再说，学生们年轻气盛，受不了半点委屈，一旦发生小矛盾，会很快通过手机纠集社会青年前来打架。同时，经常在教室充电，可能会引发触电事故和学校电线线路故障。有的学生由于电话过多，为了交上话费，平时只好省吃俭用或者以学校要交资料费为由向父母要钱，甚至出去做出违法的事情。还会出现少数学生因用手机与校外广泛联系而被人拐骗。
鉴于中学生使用手机的危害性十分严重，江西省的一些名校中学，如：临川中学、江西师大附中、赣州一中、赣州三中，已率先下达了手机封杀令——严禁学生在校佩带手机!寻乌一中也明确规定：发现学生在校使用手机一律收缴。如今，我校的这种做法赢得了家长的广泛支持，连我县的律师都说此举相当有必要。还有一些政府官员、教育专家准备向人大会议提案，建议以法律的形式禁止在校中小学生使用手机。手机的视频、聊天、上网、下载、发短信、玩游戏等功能已远远超过了中学生的使用范围，它应该是成年人使用的娱乐工具，把它交给辨别是非能力差、自控能力弱、好奇心强、贪玩心大、正处在学习知识关键时期的中学生，耽误了他们的学习，断送了他们的前程。这与家长们给子女佩带手机的原始想法背道而驰。同时，手机隐蔽性强，我们无法断定学生们用手机到底干了些什么。要想使我们的中学教育质量不滑坡，还想让我们的学生在学校学点东西，禁手机是大势所趋。禁止中学生佩带手机是对学生负责、是对家长负责、是防止学生玩物丧志不思进取的最根本最有效的办法。

本班拥有手机的同学人数达到19人，超过班内同学总数的一半。
19部手机中，价钱在600~1000元之间的手机占大半。其中7人的手机为父母淘汰下来的旧手机。而在用途上，5人的手机主要用途为通讯，另外1人的手机主要用途为学习。其他13人的手机主要用途为娱乐。
小学5年级或更早拥有手机的人数为2人，小学6年级拥有手机的人数为拥有8人，升入初中后拥有手机的人数为9人。而19人中，

所有人均认为中学生使用手机利大于弊。而在一部分家长和老师眼中，手机是影响学生学习成绩的罪魁祸首。多数家长指出，孩子的学习成绩在配备手机后直线下滑，因沉湎手机而疏远了父母的事情也常常发生。老师们也认为，学生使用手机后会分散注意力，失去对学习的兴趣与热情。而学生的主要任务就是学习;而且手机传播的不良信息，会污染学生心灵;也会助长奢侈浪费和盲目攀比之风;持有手机容易被坏人盯梢，不利于安全。所以，老师们和家长吗大都认为中学生携带手机弊大与利。综合同学们，家长们和老师们的意见后，我个人认为中学生使用手机弊大于利。虽然配备手机可以方便联系，还能放松我们因学习而紧张的神经。但家长，老师们的担心也不无道理。所以我希望大家能合理安排学习与娱乐的时间，把学习当作主要任务。
