我要向大家介绍的第一种美食就是上饶的粉条。上饶的粉条洁白如雪,又细又长,使人光是看一眼就胃口大开。粉条的做法也十分简单,就说我最喜欢吃的煮肉丝粉吧:首先,把买来的粉条放进锅里,再倒一些水下去,开中火煮。接着,我们可以一边等待粉条煮熟,一边调制煮粉的汤汁。我们先在锅里倒一点水,再依次加入肉片、酱油、料酒、生姜。然后,将煮熟的粉条和肉汁倒进碗里。最后,在粉条上撒上一点葱花。现在,一碗香喷喷的煮粉就做好了。
说完了吃,我们再来聊聊喝的。
上饶盛产杨梅。如果你在杨梅丰收的时节来到上饶,你会看见这样一幅画面:在漫山遍野的杨梅树上,到处都是沉甸甸的果实。孩子们在杨梅树下无忧无虑地玩耍,身强力壮的年轻人站在梯子上采摘杨梅,而老人们则咧开没牙的嘴笑。
现在,我就向大家介绍介绍杨梅酒的做法。
首先,我们要买几斤谷酒,装在酿酒用的坛子里;然后,在坛子里加入一些冰糖,在放些杨梅;把坛子封好,等待一两个月,杨梅酒就做好了。杨梅酒酿好后,你可以发现,原来无色的谷酒被染成了暗红色,原本丰富饱满的杨梅只剩下了一粒粒核。

我们经常购买食物的地方是超市,然而我们在购买食物时,首先要看食品包装袋上是否有生产日期,保质期,地址,厂址,产地,商标以及生产许可标志。然后,去问一下食品是否有臭味,若有,不可购买。
然而,我们在购买食物的同时也要注意主副食的合理搭配。在搭配膳食的同时,我们还要特别注意食物的相宣和相克。“搭配得宜能益体。”食物搭配得当,有利于营养的消化吸收;有利于减少食物的副作用,达到互相协调的目的;有利于防病治病,保护人体健康。“搭配失宜则成疾。”例如:白酒和汽水同饮会造成胃酸分泌减少并影响到消化酶的产生,若是患有肠胃病的人将白酒和汽水同饮,还可能造成胃和十二指肠溃疡甚至出血;小葱拌豆腐会影响人体对钙的吸收;煮粥放碱可以破坏淀粉粒的蛋白膜,湿淀粉全部释放出来,还会是米中的维生素被破坏。这里有一首食物完美搭配的小诗:鲜鱼配豆腐,猪肝配菠菜,羊肉配生姜,鸡肉配栗子,鸭子配山药,瘦肉配大蒜,鸡蛋配百合,芝麻配海带,萝卜配豆腐,红葡萄配花生。
在我们这些学生单中,最喜欢买的就是一些小食品,而且认为这种东西不但好吃而且便宜,可以省钱。这些小食品其实就是些垃圾,不但不卫生还对身体有害。我们不差钱,但不能为了不必要的东西而浪费钱。
