not only beijing olympic games have been reached the summit of glory ,which is known as a common understanding between the orient and the west , it also convey the best wishes to our country from national internal thinking.
at 8p.m on the eight day of the eighth mouth of 20xx, fireworks and brilliant acting show never seen before kicked the door of the summer games in beijing. when chinese gymnastics champion li ning was carried through the air to light the olympic torch , no chinese people like me can’t cheer widely, excitedly, even crazily . the ceremony was the mixture of performance and light indicating china’s development as well as combined the review and imaginary of future.

今年国庆，我家可热闹了，终于盼来了我喜欢的玩伴，正在读机电工程专业的大二学生表舅，我兴奋极了。正好前几天老师发了套科学用具，我把它带回了家，我想和表舅一起做实验：怎样让燃着的蜡烛自然熄灭。
这套科学用具是一个密封塑料袋，里面装有一张说明书和两根蜡烛，还有一片直铁皮。按照说明书，我们还准备了一个打火机、几张卡纸，一些小苏打、醋和一个废弃的塑料杯。
实验开始了，我们按照说明书的实验步骤，先把直铁皮弯成“s”形，上方勾着杯子，下面竖着一根蜡烛，在上面杯子的杯底撒上一点小苏打，再把另外一个蜡烛立在杯底。接着我们用打火机点燃一张卡纸，然后再用这张卡纸分别点燃两支蜡烛。做完这些后，我们开始放醋了，先试着放一点，醋和小苏打很快发生了化学反应，噼里啪啦地响，过了一会，蜡烛却毫无变化，一个都没有灭，这是怎么回事呢？没等我回过神来，我突然惊讶地发现：下面那支蜡烛居然把塑料杯给烧融了，我们飞快地用水浇灭了全部蜡烛。唉，真扫兴，蜡烛没有灭，反而把塑料杯给烧坏了，望着这个不能用的塑料杯，我直摇头叹气。这时，表舅走过来，拍了拍我的肩膀，安慰我说：“别灰心，失败乃成功之母，我们接着来。”
这次，我们吸取了教训，改用玻璃杯了，我们好不容易找到了一只废弃的，大小正好合适的玻璃杯，但杯口有点窄。我们又重新开始做实验，就像第一次试验那样，我们先做好准备工作，按步骤把所有实验用品准备到位，然后就开始点火了，可奇怪的是，我们点了无数次火，都不能将两只蜡烛全部点燃，表舅说：“因为玻璃杯比较小，杯口比较窄，里面缺氧，所以就不容易将火点燃。”听表舅这么一说，我心里有些着急，那可怎么办啊，我猛地用力拍了一下脑袋。突然，我想出了一个办法，就是拿根绳子，对准蜡烛头，用打火机把那根绳子点燃，然后再带燃蜡烛，成功了！两根蜡烛都点燃了，我兴奋不已。这次我们吸取了上次的教训，多倒了点醋，瓶里又噼里啪啦地响，没过多久，下面那支蜡烛的火就灭了，紧接着上面的那支蜡烛的火也灭了。实验成功了！我兴奋地拍起掌来。
实验结束后，表舅告诉我这个实验的科学道理：因为醋中的醋酸与小苏打中的碳酸氢钠发生化学反应，会不断生成二氧化碳，二氧化碳能隔绝氧气，玻璃杯中的氧气就越来越少了，而蜡烛要有氧气才能燃烧，所以蜡烛就会灭了。
这次国庆我虽然没有出去玩，但与表舅一起做有趣的实验，却让我感到非常开心和难忘。我不但从实验中感受到了成功的喜悦，更学到了许多科学知识。

第二天，我和妈妈去了刘营去看外公，下午妈妈在秀阿姨那里洗面，我就跟小弟弟一起玩耍，等妈妈洗好了后我们就回家啦。
第三天，我和妈妈去了绵阳，绵阳的景色真是太美丽了。我们到绵阳后先是去看了姑妈，在姑妈那里吃了午餐后，姑妈和我们一起去了沃尔玛商场玩。沃尔玛商场里面的东西真是太多啦，里面有很多我喜欢的玩具，还有好多我喜欢吃的东西。最后妈妈给我买了一袋爆米花，姑妈给我买了一杯西瓜汁，我边走路边吃着爆米花，喝着西瓜汁。你们瞧我多幸福呀！我和妈妈什么都没买，可姑妈边走边看裤子，我也给姑妈挑了很多好看的裤子，可我给姑妈挑的裤子她都不能穿，最后姑妈连一条裤子都没买到我们只好回家啦。
第四天，上午下雨我们没有出去玩，下午雨停了，我兴奋的跳了起来，啊！真是太好了，我可以去游乐园玩了。最后，我和妈妈悄悄的溜走了，我们来到了游乐园。我和妈妈先去坐了飞龙车，我觉得坐飞龙车可舒服啦，飞龙车飞得好高好快，真的是太惊险了，我感觉自己都快要摔下去了，我真是太高兴了。然后，我和妈妈去划船了，湖里的景色真是太美了，船是用脚蹬的，我和妈妈一起蹬。可是我遇上了一件坏事情，这件坏事情是这样的：妈妈真的是划得太快了，我的脚掉下了脚踏板，脚踏板都打到了我的连袜裤上了，最后我使出了全身的劲才把脚蹬上了脚踏板上。妈妈之所以蹬那么快，是因为我们在跟四号船比赛，我和妈妈齐心协力一起蹬，最后还是我们胜利了。玩完了划船后，我们又一起去画画了，我画的是福娃“迎迎”，它的身子是橙色的，眼睛是黑黑的，非常可爱。画完画后，我和妈妈一起去坐了高空秋千，当秋千飞上空中时，我的心蹦蹦直跳，而且别人都没有哇哇的大叫，只有我一个人在那哇哇的大叫，弄得妈妈也跟着我一起哇哇大叫，我觉得真的是太可笑了。坐了秋千我和妈妈来到了动物园，动物园里有猴子、老虎、孔雀、蛇、壁虎、乌龟、鳄鱼。当我看到蛇时我的心都在蹦蹦跳，妈妈看到蛇时吓得叫了起来。然后，我来到了老虎的身边，突然老虎叫了起来，吓得我浑身发抖。看完了动物园以后，我们就回家啦。第五天、第六天、第七天我和妈妈都在家里玩，我就不一一的写上了。这个国庆节我觉得是一个惊险、高兴、快乐的国庆节。
